“受……影响” means “to be affected by …” It is a very common passive-like structure in formal Chinese. The thing after “受” is the source of influence, and the subject is what is being affected.
"公司经营业绩受宏观经济、下游市场发展态势、公司产品竞争力、客户认可程度等多种因素影响，具有一定的不确定性。"
"公司当前毛利率水平的可持续性也将受到影响。"
“若” is a formal written equivalent of “如果,” meaning “if.” “将会” expresses a future result, similar to “will.” This pattern is often used in reports, warnings, and formal predictions.
"未来若出现光芯片需求及价格大幅波动等情形，将会对公司经营业绩造成不利影响。"
"未来若出现公司产品结构不能持续优化、光芯片需求及价格大幅波动、市场竞争加剧、客户集中度较高等情形，将会对公司的经营业绩造成不利影响。"
This formal structure means “to cause a certain impact/effect on …” It is widely used in news and business Chinese. “对” marks the target, “造成” means “to cause,” and the final noun phrase describes the type of effect.
