Use this structure to say something does not have a certain plan or intention. It negates the existence of a plan with 不存在 followed by the plan description.
"探迹远擎不存在未来12个月内的重大资产重组计划。"
"亦不存在将其控制的资产在未来36个月内通过上市公司借壳上市的计划或安排。"
Use 仍为 or 仍是 to emphasize that a situation or identity continues unchanged. It is often followed by a noun phrase describing the state or role.
"公司的主营业务仍为毛毯为主的家用纺织品研发、设计、生产与销售。"
Use 将 + verb + （amount） + 用于 + purpose to indicate that something will be used for a specific purpose in the future.
"莱茵集团周四宣布，到2031年将投资350亿欧元，其中近半数资金将用于美国发电业务。"
Use 以 before a verb to indicate purpose or method, similar to “in order to” or “by means of.”
"德国能源企业莱茵集团计划未来五年大举投资美国市场，以提升盈利与股东回报。"
Use 不涉及 followed by a topic to state that something is not related to or does not include that topic.
"真爱美家：探迹远擎不存在未来12个月内对公司资产和业务进行出售、合并的计划，公司不涉及人工智能业务。"
"经公司核实，公司的主营业务仍为毛毯为主的家用纺织品研发、设计、生产与销售，不涉及人工智能业务。"
