This pattern is used in formal written Chinese to say that someone will launch, carry out, or begin some action toward a target. “将” marks a future or planned action, “对” introduces the object affected, and “展开” means to carry out or launch.
"英国将对限制青少年使用社交媒体展开试点。"
"英国政府3月25日宣布,将对限制青少年使用社交媒体的相关措施展开试点工作。"
“被” is the common passive marker in Chinese. It shows that the subject receives an action rather than performs it. It is often used in formal news writing to focus on the affected person or thing.
"他们将被划分为不同组别,分别体验完全禁止使用社交媒体……"
"不过该修正案未能在议会下议院获得通过。"
“在……内” means “within,” “inside,” or “among,” depending on context. It can refer to a time range, a scope, or a group. In news texts, it often appears in phrases describing categories or limits.
"知情人士称,此次冻结招聘并非全公司范围,包括Copilot人工智能工具开发团队在内的其他部门仍在招聘。"
"微软高管近几周已指示包括云部门和北美销售团队在内的主要部门经理暂停招聘新员工。"
“分别” is used when different people or groups do different things separately or correspond to different categories. It helps organize multiple items clearly and is very common in explanatory and formal writing.
"他们将被划分为不同组别,分别体验完全禁止使用社交媒体、在晚上9点至次日早晨7点禁用社交媒体或每天仅允许使用社交媒体1小时等措施。"
This structure expresses the influence or impact that one thing has on another. “对” introduces the target, and “的影响” turns the whole phrase into a noun phrase often used after verbs like 观察, 分析, 研究.
"试点将重点观察相关措施对青少年睡眠质量、学业以及家庭关系的影响。"
