Simple declarative sentences put the subject before the verb, then the object; most statements in the text follow this order.

Use “据 + source + 报道” to signal that the following information comes from a reported source.

Verbs such as 宣布 can be followed by a time span with scope information (e.g., “40天全国哀悼”) to describe how long and how widely an action applies.

“未经 A 不得 B” means “without A, B is not allowed,” a fixed structure for official restrictions.
