“一批” is a quantity expression meaning “a group of” or “a batch of.” It is often used in formal or business contexts to refer to multiple people, companies, or items as a set.

“不仅是……” introduces the first affected item, and the following clause expands the scope to others. In the text, it shows that the impact is not limited to one industry but extends more broadly.
