“据”用于引出消息来源，表示下面的信息是根据某种报道或材料得出的，常用在新闻和正式写作中。

“根据”后面接依据，可以是会议简报、数据、规定等，后面常跟结果或说明，用来解释结论从何而来。

“在...下”表示在某种背景、条件或影响之中发生或进行某事，后面可以接动词短语。
