Use this structure to stack two effects or qualities: the first clause introduces one result, and the second (introduced by “更”) adds an additional or even stronger consequence.

This pattern shows that a condition or circumstance makes no difference to the outcome; the second clause (with “都”) states the unchanged result.
"无论任何时候，军事冲突中保护平民的红线都不能突破。"
"无论以何种借口，都不能让针对平民的无差别攻击合法化。"
“为了” introduces the purpose of an action; it’s followed by a clause explaining the goal the speaker hopes to achieve.
"为了谋求一己地缘政治私利，将战火烧向无辜百姓，这种穷兵黩武的做法，只会播下更多仇恨的种子。"
This pattern contrasts two possibilities, emphasizing that the subject should be understood as the first option, not the second.
"遵守战争规则是一种义务，而不是一种选择。"
“只会” expresses that an action leads exclusively to one (usually negative) result; nothing better comes out of it.
"导弹“不是解决分歧的方式”，只会“带来死亡、破坏和人类苦难”。"
