This pattern uses 对 to mark the target of an attitude or action, and 必须 to show necessity or obligation. It means someone must do something toward someone or something.
"对中国的成就必须非常尊重。"
"你必须得尊重中国。"
在……中 means 'in', 'during', or 'in the process of' something. It is often used to show the context in which an action happens.
"他在演讲中夸赞中国制造业。"
由 introduces the agent in a passive-style or formal expression. 由……主办 means 'hosted by...' and is common in news and formal writing.
"特朗普在迈阿密参加由沙特阿拉伯主权财富基金主办的FII峰会。"
不管 introduces a condition that does not affect the result. It means 'no matter...' or 'regardless of...'. In the text, 都/也 is omitted, but the meaning is still clear: whatever your opinion is, the conclusion remains the same.
"不管你喜不喜欢，你必须得尊重中国。"
必须 already means 'must', and 得 after it adds a stronger spoken emphasis. 必须得…… is a common colloquial way to say that something is necessary or unavoidable.
"你必须得尊重中国。"
