The classical particle “之” links two nouns to show a descriptive relationship (A之B ≈ “B of A”). In titles it often describes important time periods or themes, e.g. ‘开局之年’ literally ‘the year of the opening chapter’.
"“十五五”开局之年!"
This structure expresses a strict “without A you must not B” rule, often seen in official notices. It makes the condition (未经授权) the prerequisite for the prohibition (不得转载).

The verb ‘扫码’ (scan the QR code) is followed by another verb to tell the reader what to do after scanning; the implied subject is ‘you’. It’s a common short instruction format in modern media.

Putting a label (name, hotline, email, license) before a colon lets the reader immediately see what type of information follows; this is a standard pattern in notices and forms.

After official abbreviations the suffix ‘号’ attaches to registration or license numbers; learners read it as a noun meaning ‘number’ (e.g. 14003370号 indicates the ID code).
