Used to indicate the target of speaking. 对 marks the person or group that receives the statement. In news writing, 对媒体说 and 对此称 are very common ways to report what someone said.
"美国总统特朗普当地时间3月23日对媒体说,美国同伊朗进行了“强有力”的对话。"
"特朗普对此称,美国炸毁了伊朗大量基础设施。"
已 and 已经 show that an action or situation has already happened or been completed. 已 is more formal and common in written or news language.
"已形成协议要点。"
"不过,伊朗方面当天已反复否认与美国对话。"
This pattern expresses a condition and its likely result. 如果 introduces the condition, and 将会 makes the future result sound formal or certain.
"如果一切顺利,将会结束冲突。"
"或许将由他和“下一任伊朗最高领袖”联合控制。"
This is a passive-like structure often used in formal writing. 在……时 means 'when...', and 被 shows that the subject receives an action from others. It is common in interview and news contexts.

"当记者问及伊朗方面参与谈判的是否是伊朗最高领袖穆杰塔巴·哈梅内伊时,特朗普说:“不是。”"
是……的 is used to emphasize specific details of an action or event, such as who did it, how it happened, or why. In this text, it highlights who initiated the call and the reason for it.
"特朗普还称是“伊朗主动打来电话”的。"
"美国散布的谈判假新闻是为了暗杀卡利巴夫。"
