This is a very common formal structure. “对” marks the object or target, and “进行” is followed by an action, often a two-syllable verb or verb-object phrase such as 监控, 核查, 调查, 分析. It is widely used in written and official Chinese.

“以” means “using” or “by means of.” In formal financial Chinese, it often introduces the method, amount, or resource used to complete a transaction. Here it shows what funds are used for the investment.

This pattern links two events in sequence. “……后” means “after ...,” and “将” indicates a future result or expected action, often in formal written Chinese. It is useful for describing what will happen after a process is completed.

This pattern is used to evaluate status or ranking within a group. “在……中” sets the range or comparison group, and “属于” means “to belong to” or “to be classified as.” In context, it indicates that something is at a certain level among similar items.
