Use 正在 + verb + 进行 + noun/verb to describe an action that is currently in progress, often in official or newsy contexts.
"三菱电机正在就接受富士康对其汽车零部件业务的投资进行谈判。"
就 introduces the topic or scope of an action and is followed by 进行/处理, meaning 'to do something regarding/about'.
将 is used before a verb to indicate a future action or decision, similar to 'will' in English.
