Use 报 to say what price or rate something is quoted at, followed by a number. It is common in finance and news reports.
"人民币兑美元中间价报6.9158。"
"在岸人民币16:30收盘价报6.8981。"
调贬 or 调升 + 数字 + 个基点 describes how many basis points a rate has been adjusted downward or upward. It shows the change in financial indicators.
"人民币兑美元中间价报6.9158，调贬133个基点。"
Use a verb followed by a number plus % to show the degree of change (跌5%、涨10% etc.). It is a common way to describe increases or decreases.
"现货白银跌幅扩大，最新跌5%。"
"最新跌5%，报79.55美元/盎司。"
Use 后 after a verb phrase to show that the second action happens after the first action is completed.
"打开网页后点击屏幕右上角分享按钮。"
靠 indicates relying on someone or something to achieve a result.
