This pattern uses 归属于 (“to belong to / be attributable to”) before 的 to modify a noun. It is common in formal and financial Chinese to specify who something belongs to or is attributed to.

同比 means “compared with the same period last year.” It is often followed by verbs like 增长, 下降, 上升, 减少 to describe statistical change in reports and news.

将 is used in formal written Chinese to indicate a future action, and 进行 means “to carry out.” Together, 将……进行…… is a common formal structure meaning “will use/take something to carry out an action.”

按照 means “according to” or “based on.” It introduces the standard, rule, or basis used for calculation or action.

经 means “after undergoing / through,” often used in formal written Chinese. 经……后 means “after ...,” especially after approval, review, or some official procedure.
