Use “根据” to cite a rule, document, or announcement as the basis for the following statement (often followed by 披露/规定/文件等).
"根据《上海证券交易所交易规则》的有关规定，属于股票交易异常波动的情形。"

Use “属于” to state that something falls into a certain category or is regarded as a specific situation.
"属于股票交易异常波动的情形。"
“仅为” emphasizes that something is limited to one function or state; pairing it with “不...” contrasts what it is not or does not include.
"目前中经云主营业务仅为机柜位出租...，不纳入公司合并报表。"
“对…构成…” describes the effect something has on a target. Adding “不” negates the effect.
"对公司业绩不构成影响。"
Use “已经...了” to indicate that an action or change has been completed by now.
"第一批靠“养龙虾”赚钱的人，已经出现了。"
