Use 达到 (or its short form 达) after a quantity word to show that something reaches a certain level or amount, often used with numbers and statistics.
"南向资金净买额达300亿元。"
"1—2月中国快递发展指数达到374.1，同比增长1.5%。"
Use 在 + noun + 下 to describe the situation or condition under which something happens (e.g. under the influence of factors, under a policy, etc.).
"在多重因素推动下，行业呈现“节前高峰、假期回调、节后反弹”的周期波动。"
Place the first verb before 后 to indicate that the action in the first clause is completed before the action in the second clause starts.

可以/可 expresses ability, possibility, or permission to do something. The structure is followed by a verb or verb phrase.
"微信可以养龙虾了？"
"AI记忆可自由插拔，开发者等了半年。"
Use 的 to connect the source (e.g. an organization) with “数据显示” to say “the data released by … shows…,” a common structure in news reports.
