Use “无法” before a verb phrase to say that the subject cannot do something, often because of external or internal reasons.
"我无法昧着良心支持目前正在进行的伊朗战争。"
"我无法支持把下一代送去打一场对美国人民毫无益处的战争。"
“是由于…所致” is a formal way to explain the cause of an event: “X is caused by Y.”
"这场战争的爆发是由于以色列及其在美国的强大游说团体施加的压力所致。"
Use “也可以…，也可以…” to present two possible options or outcomes for the same subject.
"您可以扭转航向，为国家开辟一条新的道路；也可以任由我们进一步滑向衰落与混乱。"
The 把 construction places the object before the verb to emphasize what is being handled or affected by the action.
"把下一代送去打一场对美国人民毫无益处、也无法以美国人的生命代价来正当化的战争。"
Use “让” to indicate that someone makes or allows another person to do something (literally “let/make someone do ...”).
"这个回声室被用来误导您，让您相信伊朗对美国构成了直接威胁。"
