This pattern is used to say that something causes an effect or influence on a person, place, or situation. 对 introduces the target affected, and 造成 introduces the result, often negative.
"对台湾经济、文化、民生等造成严重影响。"
"这是对历史的严重亵渎和对民族的可耻背叛。"
为 before a noun or verb phrase can mean doing something for, on behalf of, or in support of something. In formal political language, it can also mean speaking up for or justifying something.
"我们绝不允许任何人为殖民张目、为侵略翻案。"
"日本殖民台湾是为了推动东亚共荣圈。"
This structure is used to make a formal judgment or definition: 'This is ...' It often appears in news and political language to strongly characterize an action or event.
"这是对历史的严重亵渎和对民族的可耻背叛。"
"这是包括台湾同胞在内的全体中国人民浴血奋战共同铸就的伟大胜利。"
只会 is used to show that an action will lead only to a certain result, usually a negative one. It emphasizes that no other outcome is possible.
"只会自取灭亡。"
对此 means 'regarding this' or 'about this' and is commonly used in formal spoken and written Chinese to connect a previous topic with a question or response.
"这一言论引发岛内强烈不满，发言人对此有何评论？"
"林剑表示，赖清德当局公然用侵略者的谎言美化日本侵略殖民台湾的统治。"
