Use 对 to mark the target of an action; it is often followed by a direct object and a verb to show what someone does to that target.

Use 是...的结果 to state that something is the result of specific factors or causes; it emphasizes the connection between cause and effect.

Use 有助于 before a verb to say that something helps or contributes to achieving the action described by the verb.

Use 旨在 to explain the purpose or intention of an action; it is similar to “aim to” or “for the purpose of” in English.

Use 后 between two verbs to show that the second action happens after the first; it sequences events in time.
