This pattern is used to describe how much a stock index, price, or number increases or decreases. 涨 means 'rise' and 跌 means 'fall'. The amount after it can be a percentage, number, or price difference. It is very common in financial and news Chinese.

超 means 'more than' or 'exceeding'. In financial reports, 涨超/跌超 is used to say that something rose or fell by more than a certain amount. This is a compact and frequent media expression.
