Used to express a conditional situation and a possible result. 如果 introduces the condition, and 可能(会) shows that the result is possible but not certain.
"如果油价在高位持续数月,美国股市可能会下跌多达10%。"
若 is a more formal written equivalent of 如果. It introduces a condition, and 将 often marks an expected future outcome, especially in formal or news-style writing.
"若原油价格连续三个月维持在每桶100美元左右,……股市将面临显著的下跌风险。"
Used to show that one situation changes along with another. It often means 'as' or 'with' something developing, another result appears.

在于 means 'to lie in' or 'to consist in,' identifying the real key point. 而非 means 'rather than' or 'instead of,' used to contrast the true cause or focus with another possibility.
