This structure describes raising or increasing something from one level to another, often used in formal reports. It sets the original amount with “由…” and the target with “提高至…”.
"Groq 拟将 AI 芯片产量由 9000 片提高至 15000 片."
Use “从…增加到…” to express a rise from one quantity or state to another. It clearly shows the starting point and the result of the increase.
"今年的产量将从约 9000 片晶圆增加到约 15000 片."
This formula is used in business contexts to compare data with the same period last year (同比) and the immediately preceding period (环比). You can follow each comparison with the change amount or percentage.
"台积电 2 月销售额 3176.6 亿元台币,同比增长 22.2%,环比下降 20.8%."
“让 + somebody + verb” is a causative structure meaning to allow or cause someone to do something. Adding “先” indicates that this action happens before others.
