This pattern is common in news writing to introduce information from a source. 获悉 means "has learned" or "was informed," and 显示 means "shows" or "indicates." Together they mark the following statement as reported information rather than the writer's direct opinion.

Chinese often lists two or more nouns before a shared verb. Here, two company names are listed together, and the verb 成立 applies to both. This is a compact way to say that both entities were established.
"嘉兴欣祥物联网技术有限公司、嘉兴欣耘物联网技术有限公司成立。"
"近日，嘉兴欣祥物联网技术有限公司、嘉兴欣耘物联网技术有限公司成立。"
均 means "all" or "both," and 为 means "to be." The structure 均为 is used in formal written Chinese to say that multiple items share the same status, identity, or value.

包括 introduces a list of included items, and 等 at the end shows the list is not complete. This pattern is very common in formal descriptions of categories, business scope, and official documents.

由 introduces the agent or doer in a passive-like formal structure. 全资持股 means "holding all shares" or "wholly owned." Together, 由……全资持股 means an entity is wholly owned by another company.
