Use 根据 before some source and follow with 写成 to say “based on…, (someone) wrote/turned it into…”; it links evidence to the resulting work.

Use 按照 to mark a rule, order, or description and follow with 去+verb to describe doing something by following that guideline.

Use 跟…/和…一个样 to compare two things and say they are the same or very similar.
