Use “将” plus verb to talk about an event planned for the future, often followed by “于” to specify the time or place of the action.
"十四届全国人大四次会议和全国政协十四届四次会议,将分别于3月5日和3月4日在北京开幕。"
“为” introduces the beneficiary or purpose, and “提供” describes delivering a service or resource to that person or group.
"两会新闻中心正式启用,为参加两会报道的中外媒体记者提供服务。"
"在代表委员驻地还将设立新闻中心采访室,为代表委员接受媒体采访提供便捷服务。"
“已经” marks that an action has been completed, often followed by a past participle or resultative complement like “完毕”.
"今年全国两会新闻中心设置了多个功能区,其中新闻发布厅和采访室等已经布置完毕。"
Use “设在” plus a location phrase followed by “的” to describe the location of a facility or place.
"设在北京西长安街北侧梅地亚中心的两会新闻中心正式启用。"
“不需” negates the need to do something, often followed by “在” and a place where an action would otherwise happen.
"会议期间将通过互联网向中外记者提供会议主要文件的电子版,不需媒体记者在现场长时间排队等候领取。"
