要不是你提醒我，我几乎忘了
Yàobushì nǐ tíxǐng wǒ, wǒ jīhū wàng le.
If you hadn't reminded me, I would have almost forgotten.
两条腿一软，几乎摔倒。也说几几乎。
Liǎng tiáo tuǐ yī ruǎn, jīhū shuāidǎo. Yě shuō jǐ jīhū.
Both legs went weak, and (I) almost fell down. Also said as 'ji jihu'.
